Sable House – A Striking Contemporary New Build by Jenbrooke Construction Ltd

We are proud to showcase Sable House, a standout project recently completed by Jenbrooke Construction Ltd on behalf of our delighted clients. This remarkable new build home, nestled within Green Belt land and boasting uninterrupted views across surrounding fields, reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, detail, and high-quality construction.

Designed with a minimal, contemporary aesthetic, Sable House is a thoughtful composition of texture, colour, and materiality. Our team meticulously delivered the build to the highest standards, featuring charred black cladding contrasted by clean lines of expansive glazing, framing serene views of the countryside.

A particularly meaningful feature of this project was the reuse of bricks salvaged from the previous family home on the site. These were carefully incorporated into the plinth and surrounding landscape walls as a tribute to the original property where the clients had raised their family, preserving history while embracing modernity.

Inside, the home is equally dramatic. A triple-height atrium is home to a sculptural, curving staircase that leads to the master suite and panoramic views beyond. The heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, offering 360-degree views across the landscaped courtyard gardens and natural surroundings.

This modern, energy-efficient home was built with an eco-conscious approach, integrating the latest sustainable technologies—an essential focus for Jenbrooke Construction on all our new build projects.
